As a Production Operator you will be part of a team working towards a common goal, across a wide range of disciplines throughout our cell and module manufacturing process, working in all manufacturing areas of the battery plant.
Permanent positions, working across day, late and night shifts
£24,113 per annum / £11.89 hourly rate
Rising to £26,401 after 1 year
Plus shift allowance between 12-30% + paid overtime + benefits

Split across four unique areas, each serving an important purpose in the high value battery manufacturing process, our production teams are the people at the centre of everything we do.
From production to charging and activating our cells, before stacking them together to form modules, then packing and wiring the modules into pack cases ready to roll off the production line. Full training will be provided to perform your role, with great opportunities to develop your skills.
You’ll learn to work with precision in a fast-paced and supportive environment, and become meticulous with quality and safety standards.
